This book is going to be about.....The meat is very important, but do you know that if you consume contaminated meat it will have consequences, but not only consuming, you can get consequences by selling and producing contaminated meat, so every time you buy meat, you have to check it very carefully to avoid this bad times for your health and if you work by producing and selling meat, you have to be honest, because you can damage the health of people and that may have financial and moral consequences.The nutritional content of meat, due to its high source of protein and its higher degree of consumption in the country and throughout the world, has motivated the study of different methods of conservation of meat derivatives, using chemical and natural products, which in turn They are sometimes preservatives, since due to the presence of pathogenic and non-pathogenic microorganisms, their protein or nutritional value is lost, becoming totally degraded matter, which reduces the shelf life of the products.

If the company sells tainted meat the company would go down and it would be a bad reference. People would stop consuming from that company. It would have a bad image. If the company sold bad meat, the SSA would have given consequences to them.

WHAT IS CONTAMINATED MEAT?
If you eat contaminated meat, it can be risky to your health, you can have consequences as ranging from stomach cramps and diarrhea to organ failure and death. Every year in the U.S., there are 75 million cases of food poisoning, and 5,000 of these cases are fatal, many people don’t know how to identify the contaminated meat, and when the cooked they eat it and then they get sick, if you don’t know how to identify contaminated meat, you would have to learn, and this are some ways to know: bad smell, bad quality and texture and a weird color. 

There are 3 types of contaminated meat, the biological that occurs when bacteria or toxins contaminate food and increase the chances that it expires earlier than expected, physics that is when any rare matter that comes into contact with food, chemistry refers to when chemical preservatives or the temperature at which the food is stored, expire and become contaminated. 

While you cook the food you should use a different table and knife for the different foods, since we can generate consequences that affect health, because microorganisms are combined in the use of the same knife and table. When talking about food safety it refers to the set of conditions necessary during the process of storage, production, distribution and preparation of food to ensure intake and avoid cross contamination. 

The main routes of contamination in food are air, dust, or dirt, contact with utensils, surfaces or other contaminated food, dirty hands, contaminated water, insects and rodents.
