Snap shots of South Dublin
Tallaght library was delighted to work with St Thomas’ SNS on Snapshots from South Dublin, a project funded through the Dormant Accounts Fund.
The project aimed to get the pupils involved in researching and learning about their local area, focusing on historical, cultural and natural amenities in Tallaght and South Dublin. It featured a number of workshops and field trips.
Barbara Coughlan, the key facilitator, introduced the children to a variety of learning methods which feature in this digital book including voice recording, videoing, photography, illustration and text.
