Summary of the presentation
Physical and psychological abuse, sexual abuse and violence.
Bullying refers to the abuse of children and is treated
with measures of the Child Protection Act. Bullying can occur both in the physical environment, as well as in the virtual environment (cyberbullying).

The kindergarten independently develops and implements comprehensive policies to support the personal development of the child in a positive organized environment. Affirmation of positive discipline is implemented through:
- Early prevention of aggression, which is based on various principles and measures applied in the garden community and at the group level in order to limit or eliminate the prerequisites and risk factors contributing to aggression.
- Intervention in situations of aggression. These are consistent actions and measures aimed at stopping and resolving situations of aggression and crisis that have already arisen. It is applied at the levels of group, specialists, parents, personal development support center, following the principle of the best interest of the child.
- Annual training of pedagogical specialists for intervention in situations of aggression and following guidelines for action in specific crises
Understanding and analyzing case studies.
Work in small groups and review in the large group.
