Japanese cabbage salad
ingredients:
-Carrots.
-Radishes.
-Three onions.
-White sesame seeds.
-Soy sauce.
-Rice vinegar.
-Powdered sugar.
-Japanese seasoning.
Preparation:
•Cut the carrot and daikon into strips and rinse them in cold water.
•Mix the other ingredients, except the onion, to prepare the dressing.
•Put the carrot and daikon strips in a bowl, mix them with the dressing.
•Top with spring onion and serve.

Miso soup with carrot and radish:
INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon of bonito flakes,50g daikon (Japanese radish) finely sliced,1 small carrot, finely sliced,1/2 large onion, finely chopped,1 tablespoon miso paste
Boil 600 ml of water in a saucepan. Add the bonito flakes and all the vegetables. Cook for 3 minutes, until the vegetables soften. Put out the fire.
Add the miso paste to the soup using a small strainer and helping yourself with a teaspoon to pass it all.
Turn the heat back on and, stirring, let it boil; next serves.

200g soba noodles,240 g baby spinach leaves,1 handful of cherry tomatoes,For the dressing,4 tablespoons of sesame oil,6 tablespoons of soy sauce,2 tablespoons lemon juice,2 tablespoons white sesame, crushed in a mortar and pestle, plus a little for serving,2 teaspoons chili powder.
Bring 4 liters of water to a boil and cook the soba noodles for 15 minutes (or according to package instructions). Drain and rinse the noodles in cold water. It drains very well once again. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing. Put the pasta, spinach and tomatoes (if using) in a bowl, mix with the dressing, sprinkle with sesame.
