This cookbook contains some of our best traditional recipes, such as:

Sarmale
INGREDIENTS:
2 kg sour cabbage
450 g minced beef
50 g of rice
200 g onions
frying oil
2-3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
2 leafs of bay
salt
pepper
First thing you need to do is to cut the onion in little pieces, then cook it for a bit in the frying oil, after mix it with the rice and the minced beef and add the spices of your choice, in general we use salt and pepper. After mixing the composition you need to put it in the cabage leafs and roll it, put it in a big pot with some water, tomato sauce and bay leafs, let it boil for 2-3 hours then enjoy.
Mici
INCREDIENTS:
minced beef
chopped garlic
salt
pepper
paprika
onion powder(optional)
This is a very simple recipe, you just need to mix all the incredients then form the composition like you see in the photo, then grill them for about 3 minutes on each side.
Racitura
INCREDIENTS:
pork leg/ striped chicken
2-3 carrots
4-5 cloves of garlic
salt
pepper
2-3 bay leafs
1-2 packs of gelatin
For this recipe you need to boil all the incredients together except the garlic, after boiling all of then till they all done, you will need too strain the water wich the incredients boiled in and add the gelatin in it then mix it, add the pork/chicken in a big boul with the carrots and the minced garlic and pour on top of it the mixture of the flavored water (broth) from the incredients and the gelatin then leave over night and serve overthorowed on another plate.
Bulz
INCREDIENTS:
1l water
300g corn flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon oil
cheese
This aswell is a very easy traditional recipe, you need the water to be boiling with the salt and oil then add the corn flour and mix the composition for 5 minutes, after that put it on a plate and let it cool for a bit then form some smaller balls of it with blocks of cheese in the middle and grill for a bit, the final result is delicious.
