8a/b klasės mokiniaiPer Velykas dėkingumas yra esminė tema. Atėjo laikas padėkoti už mūsų palaiminimus ir įvertinti žmones, kurie daro mūsų gyvenimą geresniu. Tyrimai parodė, kad dėkingumo praktika gali labai paveikti mūsų gerovę.
At Easter, gratitude is an essential theme. It's time to be thankful for our blessings and appreciate the people who make our lives better. Research has shown that practicing gratitude can have a profound effect on our well-being.

Albert Einstein once said: „There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.“ This holds true in real life because people choose how they will live their lives – optimistically or pessimistically.
Most people tend to view everything in life pessimistically, but not everyone. Another part of society looks at everything from a different perspective; they are grateful to God and life. Gratitude towards others brings a lot of happiness to an individual. Often, the word „thank you“ brightens people‘s day. Gratitude towards others helps in everyday life; for example, thanking for the smallest details helps to feel calmer. Not everyone can understand this; pessimists do not realize what lies behind small words of
gratitude.
It is obvious that people themselves have to choose what they are, how they will write their life
book.

Gratitude
Be grateful for what you have, you will eventually have more. If you concentrate on what you don't have, you will never have enough.
“Thank you for everything; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus," – that is how gratitude is written in the bible and I try to be grateful for all the little things. My parents are also grateful, so I try to follow their example. Most people don't give thanks for small things, so because of that they don't feel happy in life. I noticed that grateful people are more cheerful and forgiving.
I mostly thank my family for taking care of me, and for the great period in which I was born. I think I have everything I need because I am grateful, and
people who are ungrateful have less because they always do not have enough and always want more.
I think everyone should start being thankful
for the little things every day and then they would become much happier.
