“How long will the power cut be?” asked Peter anxiously.
”Maybe 24 hours” whispered Henry with a spooky noise.“I will go up to my room to get a torch and I will be back in a minute. You stay here” ordered Henry.

Horrid Henry and Perfect Peter were watching a funny cartoon on the TV in the living room on a stormy night. Suddenly there was a strong power cut!
”OH!MY!GOD!!!!”exclaimed Peter. “That is a power cut!!!”Everything went dark like a haunted house!
Peter was extremely scared and started to move closer and closer to Henry. Henry got a horrible plan!

When he went to his room, he made howling noises like a wolf.

Then they went into the garden and saw………nothing!!
Was it a ghost? Was it a wolf? No one knows.

Quickly they ran to mom and dad's room.
“Mom, Dad where are you?” shouted Peter and Henry at the same time.

There was no answer from Mom or Dad.
“Where are you!!?” asked Peter again.
Still there was no answer.
“HEEEEEEELLLLLLLLOOOOOOO!!! Is anyone there!?” asked Peter.

Suddenly the light came back. They saw mom and dad hiding under the bed.
“Why are you hiding under the bed?” asked Peter curiously.
“We were scared because we heard the spooky howling noise from the garden two times.” stammered Mum and Dad.
