APPLE CINNAMON MUFFINS

2 small apples( 130g), 2 eegs, 5 tablespoons of integral flour (100g), 1 tablespoon (30 g ) sugar, 1 yoghurt ( 180g), 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter( 16g), cinnamon, soda ( or baking powder)

Preparation:
Bake at 180 C for 20 minutes.

OATS&WALNUTS COOKIES

Ingredients:
130 g of oats and 100 g of nuts (like walnuts) , 3 smaller eggs, 3 spoons of sugar, a pinch od soda for baking and some spice ( like cinnamon)

Preparation:
Mix the oats and walnuts together and grind them. Add eggs, sugar, soda, spices. Bake at 160 celsius for 8 minutes.
BANANA BREAD
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
1 egg
a pinch of salt
50 ml oil (2 dcl cup)
1.5 cups soft flour (hazelnut
or spelled flour)
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Preparation:
In a bowl, mash the bananas, add the beaten egg, a pinch of salt and oil. Mix everything well. Then add flour, sugar and baking powder.
If desired, add a little coconut, chocolate, walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds or raisins. Bake at 180 C in the oven for about 40 minutes.
Bake in a mould with a diameter of 17 * 29 cm.
CARROT CAKE
Ingredients:
400 g grated carrots, 50 g walnuts, 50 g of grated coconut, a handful of raisins, 3 teaspoons of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of nutmeg, 2 bananas, 10 dates, 2 tablespoons of honey, 4 eggs, 125 g of integral flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, cream, 500 g of Greek yogurt , 1 tablespoon honey, 1 lime, a little grated lime, walnuts and carrots for garnish
Preparation:
Grate carrots, chopped (or ground) nuts, raisins, coconut and spices in a large bowl. In a blender, grind bananas, dates (remove pits!) and honey. Make eggs and add flour and baking powder, then carrots and the rest from the first bowl, and finally the one from the blender. Bake at 180 C for about 30 minutes, allow to cool and place over the cream
BANANA PANCAKES
INGREDIENS:
·       2 bananas (the more ripe the better)
·       2 eggs
·       40 g integral flour
·       50 g oats (finely ground)
·       1 dl of water
·       10 g baking powder

PREPARATION:
·       mash bananas and add eggs, then mix it
·       add flour, oats, water and baking powder
·       mix all together
·       let to stand 15 minutes
·       put oil or butter on the pan
·       bake small pancakes
·       you can serve with honey, Malpe syrup, nuts or berries
INGREDIENTS:
·       2 bananas (the more ripe the better)
·       100 g oats
·       a few dates
·       a little bit of cinnamon
·       a little bit of dark chocolate
OATMEAL COOKIES WITH BANANA
PREPARATION:
·       mash bananas and add oats, sliced dates and cinnamon
·       mix all together
·       make small balls of the mixture and put them on a tray
·       put chocolate on the top
·       bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees
PUMPKIN HUMMUS
Ingredients:
1 pumpkin ( 1 kg), 1 can of chich peas( 400 g), olive oil, salt

Preparation:
Cut the pumpkin into slices, bake at 180 C for 30 minutes. Peel the husk. Cut in the small pieces and put in a mixer, together with chichpeas and water from the can of peas. Add olive oil and salt. Mix all together.
