This is a recipe book created in the context of the Health Education project "Environment and Nutrition" and is part of the wider implementation of the European project Erasmus+ "A lesson in sustainability. Make your school greener and yourself too".The recipes are simple, Greek, traditional dishes based on the Mediterranean Diet and were selected, cooked at home and photographed by the students participating in the project.
The purpose of this book is to promote a sustainable diet, with respect for the environment and tradition.
