1. Flour 2. Raisins 3. Tea 4. Sugar 5. 1 egg 6. Salt 7. Spice (optional)

1. Put the raisins and hot tea into a jug. 2. Leave them soak overnight. 3. Put 225g of golden caster sugar, 1egg, 225g self raising flour, a pinch of salt and a spice (opt) into a large bowl. 4. Stir for 2 minutes and then add the raisins. 5. After another 2 minutes of stirring add the tea. 6. Stir well before putting the contents into a cooking container. 7. Preheat the oven before putting in the tea brack. 8. Have the oven at 170-175 🌡 (degrees) and bake for about 40 minutes or until it is strong and brown-ish.
