Introduction
Frda Kahlo was a Mexican painter and was known for portraits and self portraits. Frida wanted to do this to kill the time and Allivate the time of having polio. The subtopics you will read about Frida are, Her Childhood, Her Injury, Paintings, and her death.
Childhood
Frida Kahlo was born July 6, 1907 in Coyoacan, Mexico City, but she often told people she was born in 1910 3 years before she was born her actual birth, so that people would directly associate her with Mexican Revolution that began in 1910. Frida Kahlo wasn't fully Mexican, her father, Guillermor was from Germany and her mother, Matidle Calderon y Gonzalez was born in Oaxaca, Mexico.

Frida's Injury
In 1925, Frida Kahlo was involved in a bus accident, which seriously injured her that she had more than 30 medical operations in her lifetime. During her slow recovery, Kahlo taught herself to paint and studied the art of the Old Masters. The accident left her with, a broken spinal column, a broken collarbone, a broken pelvis, and fractures in her right leg. In addition, her right foot was dislocated and crushed, and her shoulder was out of joint.
Frida's Art
Frida started her paintings after she got injured. The total number of paintings she had is 200 paintings. Her most famous painting was called "The Two Fridas" in (1939). Her second famous was called the " Henry Ford Hospital" in (1932). Frida's first painting was a self portrait of her in a velvet dress. Her last painting was called Viva la Vida which in english means live life.
