Elephants live in lots of different places like Africa and Asia deserts and swamps and rain forests. Elephants Live in lots of different places around the world. Elephants maybe used to be woolly mammoth's somebody must've used selection to make them in to elephants.
Babies
When babies elephants are born they can weigh up to 200-300 pounds. Baby elephants are called calfs. When a predator comes all the grown-up elephants protect the babies by surrounding them so they don't get hurt.
Food
Elephants eat a lot of things like roots, fruits, grasses, fruit, and bark. Elephants don't eat meat. Elephants eat 200 - 600 pounds of food.
Survival
Elephants are strong creatures they have tusks to fight off enemies. But people keep trying to hunt them for their tusks it hurts them and everybody should stop.
