THE GROWTH ZONE
Thought Bubble
The Breath
how could the breath help me and you????
Speech Bubble
The breath technique can benefit you both physically and mentally. Basically, this strategy aids you in dealing with difficult situations or nervousness. Simply breathe in for 4 seconds through your nose and then exhale completely. It is relevant to me since I am easily agitated and have a short fuse. For example meditation. Using this technique reminds me of what could happen, how what i am about to do could effect me and others, and how i could pervent it.

Comfort Zone
SLEEP
What exactly is a "comfort zone"? A comfort zone is just stepping out of your comfort zone to achieve something positive, such as a positive consequence. Taking the stage in front of hundreds of people, for example. Because I am not scared to venture outside of my comfort zone, using my comfort zone has helped me become a better person. Three things that using my comfort zone has taught me are to never be afraid, to never let your fear overpower you, and to accept the challenge.
Sleep is self-explanatory, however following this strategy can help you improve your sleep routine and sleep better. Having a steady bedtime and getting 8-10 hours of sleep were two approaches I employed. Three reminders for me are to get enough sleep, sleep for eight hours, and not spend too much time on my phone.]

CONFIDENCE
What is confidence, exactly? well-written In my own words, I would say that you can do everything you set your mind to by believing in yourself. I've struggled with my confidence for years, but I've finally gained some. Three reminders that I've set for myself are to be confident in yourself, believe in yourself, and simply DO IT!
Knowing your why entails understanding why you do what you do. For instance, why do you work? Is it because you're trying to accomplish something? or simply because you're bored I chose this because I believe it will benefit others like it has helped me. Three reminders that I have are to always think, to have your mind set, and to be certain of why you are doing what you are doing.
