Bench
by Richard Webber
"It's an animated movie. It takes place in a park. The main character is quite strong and looks like a playdough monster. This monster is sitting on a bench eating a sandwich. A thin monster comes and sits next to him. He is eaten by the strong monster.
I think this short film is interesting because it tells a realistic story. The big ones are stronger than the smaller ones. I strongly recommend going to see this short film. We don't expect the end. The different people in the cinema were shocked but laughed at the same time. It echoes La Fontaine's fable "The wolf and the lamb" "The reason of those best able to have their way is always the best."
Téo R, TSN
"It's a blue monster who eats a sandwich on a bench in a park and next to him there is a little monster who nee. All the spectators think that the big monster will give food to the small monster, but no, he takes the little monster, he puts him in his sandwich. At first the spectators think that this short film will teach him sharing, but it will teach us something else.
On one hand the scene is funny, the spectators really laughed after watching the short film even though we could also hear disgust.
On the other hand, it makes us think on life. Finally, it teaches us that in real life the strongest always eats the weakest.
My favourite part is when the big monter eats the little monster because I laughed."

Bench
by Richard Webber
"I think that this short film is stupid and funny. But it carries an interesting moral because it's a big monster that eats a little one."
Théo D, TMVVP
"The technical skills used is called stop motion which I like because it is very difficult to achieve. My favourite part is when the little monster gets eaten because it is unexpected. I recommend it because in a few minutes it tells a lot."
Enzo H, TMVVP
"In this short movie the message is that the big ones are always stronger than the little ones. My opinion is that it depends on the people. Maybe a little one can be stronger than a big one. The action was well done. There was emotion in the characters' expression. The part I didn't like was when the monster eats the little one. I recommend this animated movie because it has a message for young people."

Bench

"My favourite short movie is Bench. I like this short movie because the characters are funny. It is original, characters are made of playdough. This story is really cruel."
Julien L, TSN
"Bench sends a message on sharing. The animation is original as it is stop motion. The end of the short film shocked me because I thought the blue monster would share his sandwich, whereas no, the blue monster eats the green monster in his sandwich. A first sight it looks funny but in fact it's sad because it shows that the biggest will always eat the smallest. I recommend people to see this film, at least once."
David P, TSN
"I like how the big playdough monster eats the little playdough monster it made me laugh however it must be very painful. I recommend this short film, it's very funny"
Mathéo P, TSN
"I like this short film but it seems a bit short. It is entertaining and interesting but also weird and sad."

Between Hunters and Foxes
by Ben Sinclair
"It is an animated short film about a fox hunted by hunters. The fox is captured in the United Kingdom and brought to a private park in Australia.
This short film really surprised me because it tells a story that is not at all friendly or funny. I am used to cartoons being cute and nice, but this one broke the codes. That's why it quickly becomes gripping. It's why I like this story because it's action packed, entertaining, insightful and moving. To conclude, there is an important message the author wanted to convey, men do not hunt for food but do it for their own pleasure. They do not respect the living being that is the fox and sees it only as a beast. But courageous associations intervene to change this. The author wanted to convey a message of revolt."
Gwendal C, TSN
"It denounces violence against animals in an original way because it does not show pictures of dead animals. The director made a short animated film with a strong message. The plot is simple but is intriguing. It's what I like. I recommend this film because it talks of an unknown cause."
Amaury M, TSN
"I found this short film very interesting because the director made me understand things. I didn't know that the Australians had gone to England to get foxes to do this kind of thing. I find this cruel. You can feel the emotions Ben Sinclair wanted to show us. The story is really well written and filmed. The images are totally different from other associations."

Between Hunters and Foxes
by Ben Sinclair
"In my opinion, the short film is sad as the fox is unfortunate. The message is that we have to save animals from hunters. I didn't like the fact that it is a short film, I want a real film because it's an important subject. I recommend this short film."
Tom T, TSN
"My favourite moment is when the fox is saved by the association. I didn't like the moment when the fox was hunted by cruel humans."
Dylan P, TMVVP
"The story is very good and pleasant but the film doesn't last long enough. In the film the men hunt the fox just to entertain. The film denounces poaching in the world. "
Marceau L, TMVVP
"I think that this short movie is original, captivating but also cruel and scary. I can see the difficult life of animals and the behaviour of humans. The film wants to convey a touching and hopeful message by shwoing that people still take time to save animals."
Eléanore H, TMVVP
"It's a moving animated documentary about men cruelty towards animals."
