People were feeling nervous and sad because if they were an evacuee or a soldier they may not see their family again. Some people were happy if they were reunited with their family or saw their friends.

people in ww2 would have bad behaviour because they might be mad at something or just angry because. They have to go to war and can’t see there family some people smoke to get them calmed down.
