Avocado toast with cream cheese
For the first dish we will be doing a breakfast wich can be made by anyone.
To make this you will need sliced bread. Take a slice and you can toast it if you like but if you don’t that’s fine too. Next spread some cream cheese on the piece of the bread , once you finished with that you can take an avocado and cut it up into slices of what width you like .Put the avocado on the toast and season everything with some salt and lemon but you can also put some nuts if you want.

Chicken breast with steamed broccoli
Marinate Chicken Breasts in Salt, Pepper and Olive Oil for at least 20 minutes.
Heat pan to Medium High heat and add Chicken breasts.
Allow cook for 6 minutes before flipping over. A total of 12 minutes for each chicken breast. Generously season with salt and pepper.
Separately: Steam Broccoli medley for 5 to 7 minutes.
To Steam:
Add 1 inch of water to a pot and insert the steamer basket. Bring the water to a boil, add the vegetables into basket, cover and reduce the heat.
Toss steamed vegetables with Lemon Juice, salt and pepper.
Serve steamed vegetables with grilled chicken breast – add your own dressing based on preference.

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Combine garlic, herbs, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Line one baking sheet with parchment paper, lay salmon filets on one side of pan and cover with ⅓ of herb mixture.
Flip salmon filets and cover with remaining ⅔ of mixture.
Spread all cut vegetables (tomatoes, bell pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms) out on the remainder of the pan, then drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
Bake for 30 minutes or until tomatoes are bursting and salmon flakes easily.
Enjoy!!!

Healthy pancakes with bananas from 2 ingredients
· 2 ripe banana
· 3 eggs
Instructions:
Mix the banana and eggs in a blender until smooth.
Pour the dough with a spoon into a non-stick pan and bake until air bubbles begin to form.
Turn on the other side and continue to cook until the bottom is browned.
The pancakes are served with your favorite sauce.
