This phone case is pretty , but doesn't look like it would protect the phone if it was dropped or fell in water. Also the material doesn't look water proof and the type of material isn't protective. The case would probably overheat if it was on charge. It does fit the phone perfectly and it would probably be really good.

This phone case would protect the phone if it was dropped or if it was dropped into water because it has a fastening on the top of the case. It looks like it wouldn't overheat if the phone is being charged and it might be durable it would have to be water proof.

This phone case is not going to be able to protect the phone if it was dropped because it has no fastening at the top so the phone could just slip out if you had it upside down. It is probably not durable because you would have to take it out of the case to charge it because it covers the bottom of the phone where the charging point is. It would not be good near the water because it has no fastening on the top so water can get in and that could possibly break the phone

Design Criteria

The case needs to be able to fit the phone. It will also have to have durable materials to not make the phone crack or smashed if it gets dropped. Another reason it will have to be durable because of when the phone is getting charged if it is low on battery the phone case will have to not overheat.

The case will also have to be easy to carry and not too heavy. If it is too heavy it is more likely to be dropped

To protect a mobile phone from scratches and damages when travelling in a pocket or bag.

A fabric phone case with a fastening to protect the screen

A Year 6 pupil, travelling to and from school each day.
