Team Work

Some of the girls were not happy about having to work together. They thought they didn't need to work together. The coach explained that teamwork isn't just in cheer. They would have to work with people every day. Working together is essential in everyday life. She also explained how everyone has different gifts. They couldn't pull the team with their own strengths they had to incorporate others too.

On a cheer team, the cheerleaders were not working well together. The coach had no idea what to do. She let them continue while she tried to figure out how to handle it. At their next competition they did not hit any of their stunts. They were all confused as to why. The coach then realized that they had to fix this then and there. They began working on their team working skills every practice.
