Very sad CORONAVIRUS news in the morning:

Due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus in some Italian regions the Italian ministry announced that all schools have to be closed and all school trips have to be cancelled from 23 February 2020.

Dear Italian friends, Dear Daniela and your wonderful team, We are all so sorry and utterly sad that you are not allowed to travel to Romania. We will be thinking of you and share all precious moments and activities with you here in our ebook. We wish you all the best and we sincerely hope that we can ALL meet again, safe and sound, during our last student mobility in Patras, Greece. Your #EUjoy! team

In the afternoon we had the big final...first we chose the final motion!

#EUjoy! Romania 23 - 29 Feb. 2020

after the working process in the afternoon...

before we reached our second stop we saw beautiful high mountains...

After a windy take-off in Vienna, a smooth landing in Bucharest...

After that, the groups prepared the debate...

the tour started with some information by our guide...

day four... we picked 4 groups for the big debate...

...they organized a big and very funny party, called "Dragobete", in the evening...

day three... The first stop of this daytrip was the city Brasov!

After several hours we arrived at Bran to visit Dracula's castle!

day two... the exciting trip to Transylvania! We start very early at 7 a.m.

Vanessa: The #Eujoy! mobility was a wonderful experience because we learned a lot about the Romanian culture. The Romanian people are very friendly, welcoming and obliging. I am happy to be in this project because without the EU I would never have gone to Romania and had this great experience.

Viktoria: The #Eujoy! trip to Romania was a successful experience, where we got to know Romania and were introduced to this culture. The host families were very attentive, friendly and open-minded. It was a great week and I look back on it with pleasure.

Eva: I really enjoyed the week in Romania. I was able to gather many new impressions and explore new experiences. The programme was structured very well and also very instructive. I was able to meet many new people from different countries and make new friends.

Lena: The #EUjoy! project was a good opportunity to get to know a completely new and different culture. I got to know a lot of new people and made new friends, tried some new and tasty food and saw a lot of different and interesting places. I especially loved the hospitality and kindness of the Romanian people, who are very energetic, lovely and caring.

Magdalena: At the start I was rather sceptical but also excited about the trip because I had not been to Romania before. Last year my host student Bianca was at my home in Klagenfurt, so I knew her. She is very friendly and funny. In Romania I met her mother and she was also very friendly and they were the best host family. I like Romania because all the people are so opend-minded, friendly and funny. We traveled two days through Romania and visited such beautiful places. Romania has a very hidden beauty. I am so thankful that the EU is funding this wonderful project because without it I probably wouldn't travel to Romania.
