Egg bread
I chose a simple, easy meal that you can make your kid make you for dinner. Although if you’re making it as a meal for the family I would recommend doubling or even tripling the recipe so you have enough.

1. Get the two eggs and break them into a bowl with the milk. Mix together into a light yellow.

2. Grab a pan and a slotted or solid turner and put the pan on your stovetop and start it at medium heat and put some vegetable oil on there

3. Take a piece of bread and dip it in the egg mixture, after it’s soaked put it on the pan and cook it how you see fit, then repeat until you run out of the egg mixture.

4. Then voilà! You’re done! Now serve it with syrup, ketchup or what ever you want, it’s your food after all, I won’t judge.
2 eggs
1 dl milk
2-4 pieces bread
vegetable oil
Chocolate and banana cake

2. Stir in eggs, sugar, oil and melted butter.

3. Then add flour and salt and mix with the dough.

4. Dough is divided into two equal parts.

5. Sift cocoa powder and vanilla sugar into one part and mix gently with the dough.

6. Banana and vanilla sugar are added to the other part and mixed well with the dough.

7. Pour brown mix in a cake pan and the white mix on top.

8. Bake for about 20 minutes.

150 gr melted butter
0,5 dl vegetable oil (not olive oil)
2 egg
3 dl sugar
3 dl wheat
¼ tsp salt

Chocolate cream:
2 ½ choco powder
1 tsp vanilla sugar

Banana cream:
1 ripe banana
1 tsp vanilla sugar
Serves 8 ⏰ Preparation and baking time: 30 min

1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

2. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly. Butter, brown sugar and sugar mixed very well in a bowl. Then add one egg at a time.

3. Put buttermilk and boiling hot water in on bowl and dry ingredients in another bowl.

4. Add about half of the mixture from each bowl to the dough and stir well.

5. Then the rest from both bowls are added to the dough and stirred. Be sure to stir as briefly as possible, just until the ingredients have blended. The dough is poured into a greased baking tin or oven drawer. This recipe fits into a baking tin measuring approx. 25 x 35 cm.

6. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the cake has come off the edges and is baked through the middle.

7. Mix ingredients in topping together and spread over cooled cake.

Egg noodles with chicken
This is one of my favourite foods, it’s chicken with egg noodles and sauce.

1. Peel a ginger and grate it and chop finely.
2. Cut the chicken into thin slices, it is good to cut it half-frozen.
3. Cut the cabbage and slice the mushrooms
4. Stir together sesame oil, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, soy sauce and sugar. 5. Boil the noodles as instructed.
6. Heat the olive oil in a pan (wok pan if you have one) and fry the ginger and garlic for a very short time on high heat.
7. Add the chicken and fry until it has taken color, then add cabbage and mushrooms. If the pan is too small, you can transfer everything to a large pot.
8. Add the sauce together with the boiled noodles and fry together for a few minutes until it is thoroughly hot.
600 gr of chicken breast
a good bite of cabbage head
250 gr mushrooms
1 fresh ginger, finger-sized bite
1 packet of boiled egg noodles, 250 gr
4 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp oyster sauce
4 tbsp good soy sauce
