Our first printed advertisement is focusing on introducing a new product called 'Choco Cherry'. In this ad, we use a combination of several persuasive language and technique. 'Are you ready to be happy?' is a rhetorical question persuasive language that also contains addressing people directly with the word 'you'. We use it to emphasize the word 'happy' which has a positive meaning. 'BUY 1 GET 1' is a bribery persuasive technique. We use it because most of the time this technique is very effective for an ad. The sentence 'Less Worry, More Happy, and More Cherry' contains group of three persuasive language with rhyme. We use it because it sounds catchy and memorable.
2nd Ad
Our second printed advertisement is focusing on our Red Bean Sundae collab with Minghao from Seventeen and this is categorized as appeal by famous person technique. This is shown on the logo. It contains using creativity persuasive technique which can be seen in the modified logo. We use Minghao because there was a viral moment when he sang the Mixue song and there is where the inspiration came from. The sentence 'Reward yourself with a sundae to sweeten your day!' contains addressing people directly persuasive technique with the word 'yourself'. We use it because nowadays self reward has become a trend and one of the way people usually reward themselves is by eating sweet dessert. The sentence 'Red Bean Sundae COMING YOUR WAY' contains addressing people directly persuasive language with the word 'your'. We use it because this technique makes the reader feels like being called out directly. 'Minghao Approves!' is a recommendation by famous person persuasive technique. We use it because we want to emphasize Minghao more on his liking about the particular variant which isRed Bean Sundae that we have a collab on.
3rd Ad
Our third advertisement is focusing on the image of three girls enjoying their time with Mixue in their hands. This is transfer persuasive technique. We use it because we want to tell the reader how happy Mixue makes you feel. 'Sweet taste sweet moment sweet time' contains alliteration and group of three persuasive language. We use it because it sounds catchy and memorable. The 'EXTREMELY LOW PRICE' sentence, the price list below it, and the '50% off' logo contains selling at low price persuasive technique. We use it because this is one of the most effective persuasive technique. The sentence ‘Everyone’s favourite ice cream and tea!’ is a bandwagon persuasive technique. We use it to ensure the reader that Mixue is so popular that it has became a trend. The paragraph 'Scientists have found that sweetness can...' contains using scientific research persuasive technique. We use it because it has a relation with the shown image of happy people.
