It lived in Colorado, Idaho, Wyoming, USA, and North America.

The stegosaurus traveled in herds to look for food and stay safe.

The Stegosaurus had bony plates on it's back, it's face looked like a turtle's face, and it was 25 feet long with sharp plates.

The Stegosaurus was a herbivore and it chewed with it's back teeth.
