Beebots

We used different story boards to embark multiple journeys with the beebot

-A bee bot is a device designed specifically for the use of young children.

The aim of experimenting with beebots is to introduce children to coding from a young age.

This presents to children an idea of how their regularly used games are created. 

This is a story board we use to send out beebots on a journey

Maths link:<br/>By counting the tiles in which the beebot will move on we are using our mathematics skills.

We used visual mathematical skills as we carefully created a path using the command cards by looking at the images on each and calculating how many cards are necessary. This enabled us to programme the beebot to carry out an excursion

Beebots are a fun learning activity where you can work in a group to create different journeys for your beebot.

This activity is very beneficial for developing many skills including educational skills along with communication.
