How can I create a better learning space for someone with ADHD?

One of the first things I did was some research.

This is ADD (attention deficit disorder) for my project I mainly focused on this.

20% time has become a prominent employee incentive at other companies throughout Silicon Valley as it has been popularized by Google who got the idea from 3M. The incentive allows employees to spend 20% of their time on side projects.

Apple is calling the program “BlueSky,” and it allows employees to take two weeks to work on projects outside their normal responsibilities.

To present our projects to everyone we have an exhibition that anyone can come to.

My friend/client and myself both have ADHD and I know we both struggle in our normal classrooms. So I was wondering what I could do to help fix that.
