Sometimes, a LINK just follows the school rules to show a friend how to follow them.

A LINK can use visuals to show a friend how to follow the class schedule.

A LINK helps Miss Michele and Miss Jen understand what is hard about music class for their friend.

LINKs work together to do something special and important.

LINKs can be small or large.  The important thing about LINKs is that they are part of a chain of support.

At Washington School our LINKs help each other. Our LINKs are friends.

At Washington School we have Student LINKs.

How does a LINK know they are being a good LINK?

We hold LINK counsel meetings every month. As a LINK you are our "eyes and ears" in the classroom. If your friend is struggling, we think you might have the best ideas of all. We share ideas at counsel meetings. LINKs are very important to our friends success in school.

A LINK can help show a friend how to start a math problem.

A LINK can sit with a friend at lunch and help them open their milk.

A LINK can retell a friend directions if they didn't hear them the first time.

A LINK has to be strong in heart and kindness.
