Yamamoto's Fusion

Hey readers, meet Yamamoto, he is a 14 year old boy who has a kind heart, and loves to cook. He has two parents, Romano and Ika, who are both very kind to Yamamoto. His mom is Japanese and his father is Italian, making Yamamoto 50% of each nationality. Currently, Yamamoto is making dinner for family, some delicious fried rice. The smells of rice, eggs, and seasoning filled the whole kitchen with a aromatic scent. As he continues to prepare the meal, it begins to take on the appearance of a cooking magazine cover.

When Yamamoto serves his meal, a smile begin to reveal itself on each of his parents faces. At the moment they are giving their chopsticks, they immediately dive in, and enjoy the meal greatly. Upon arriving at the table, Yamamoto asks, “May I please work at a restaurant?”

May I please work at a restaurant?

A long and deep silence entered the room, “After all, I do love to cook, and I will earn some extra money to buy ingredients.”
The smile his parents once had, began to sink away, “You may work in a restaurant,” his father inquired,” if it shall be Italian food.”
Ika looked tooken back and responded with an answer quite opposite,” If the cuisine shall be Japanese, then it is fine with me.” The conversation had ended here, and everyone soon went to sleep.

One bright and warm day, Yamamoto walks to the supermarket in order to buy himself some new ingredients for his dishes, in which will feed his family. While inside of aisle 5, looking for some broccoli, out of the corner of his eye, he sees his friend, John. At the same time, he begins to walk towards John,giving him a high five, and starting up a small conversation,” Hey John?” asked Yamamoto,” Like you know, I love to cook, and am going to work in a restaurant, but my dad wants me to work in a different restaurant than my mom wants me to work at, which one shall I pursue?”

Johns answer was simple,but thought out, “ I say that you should work at the restaurant in which your father wishes. After all, who doesn’t love some good italian food?” Yamamoto had deliberated this in his one mind, along with talking more with John. Eventually, Yamamoto had to keep on shopping, and John had to leave. When in aile 18, he runs into Mukund, also buying ingredients. They to begin to talk, and have a good conversation, when Yamamoto decide to ask him the sme question that he had asked John. However, the only difference this time was Mukunds answer, for he had said Japanese is what he should pursue. Again, they had to split paths, leaving Yamamoto and his thoughts alone, having conversations with one another. “What shall I make, it isn't like I can just combine the two cuisines,” and at that moment, a wonderful idea had struck Yamamoto like a lightning bolt.

Yamamoto had the wonderful idea to create a fusion dish, combining both the flavors and taste of Italian and Japanese food. His footsteps had sounded like a Horse, running to the end of a race, while he was moving from aisle to aisle. Eventually, Yamamoto had made his way home, and immediately began making the new dish that he had in mind. Throughout his first attempt, he had made what he called scuingliini, a linguinI noodle, with some sashimi. Promising by the look and smell of the dish, Yamamoto had tried the new food that he had made, while his lips we curling and eyes squinting. Yamamoto though disappointed in what he made, he still kept on trying.

Throughout his second attempt, he remade his Scunglinni, now making sure to add more salt, opposed to the first attempt, hoping to make the dish less sour. When he picked up his fork to eat the dish, Yamamoto had been blasted with flavors, and running to the kitchen in order to get a glass of water. Due to the results of these two attempts, he realized he needed his parents guidance. He asked his father what to do when a dish was too sour, and his mother when the dish may have been too salty.
