The middle colonies are the middle of it all.

We founded the middle colony’s for religious freedom. Quakers will except
your religion and they also run Pennsylvania in our colony. If you are worried about having to change your religion just come to the middle colony to practice your own religion.

If you like buildings and socializing New York is the place for you. Founded by the English New York has a coast of the Atlantic Ocean. New York is also a trading post so if you want to trade feel free to. So if you like big buildings and sailing you will like New York in the middle colonys.

The middle colonies have deep, rich soil. The soil is good for farming. These colonies have mild winters and warm summers. The growing season is longer than in New England because there was more sun and lots of rain. There is many long, wide rivers that are used to ship goods to other colonies. So if you like farming and sailing the middle colonies are for you.

Here at the middle colonies there is lots of ways to make money. The first good way to make money is to farm. Here at the middle colonies we have rich soil for planting. We also have mining, chopping and selling trees, sailors, and raising cows. So we have lots of opportunities for you and your family.

Did you know that King Charles ll of England sold our colony Pennsylvania.
King Charles had a big chunk of land in the middle colonies. He owed the Penn family a lot of money so he sold this rich land. After that William Penn named the colony Pennsylvania after his last name.

The middle colonies are the best we have good farmland and lots of job opportunities. Why move to New England they kill whales for there oil and get long and cold winters. The southern colonies slave people for money and it is hot and humid. So move the the middle colonies.
