The very first Christmas

Chapter one the Angel Gabriel visits Mary. 

Long ago, about 2000 years ago, a young woman called Mary was visited by the angel Gabriel. Mary, you are having God's baby," said Angel Gabril. Mary replied, "What! But , I'm not ready for a baby. I am going to do it for God."

The angel Gabriel went to the hill side to see the shepherds and to tell them that a new king was going to be born.  They were to follow a bright star in the sky and when they got there they were to worship the new king. Then, 3 wise men saw a bright star which led to the king.  They followed it.

Mary and Joseph were going back to Bethlehem on a donkey. Joseph was pulling the donkey with Mary on its back.

King Herod made a census so everyone had to travel to where they were born to get counted.

Mary and Josiph were tierd and they wanted to stay in a inn but they where all full but one of them said they could let them sleep in a stable when they were in the stable they had there son all the   animols  looked happy and not sad.
