About a year ago everything was ready for the first mobility of our Erasmus + project “Eco-Herit@ge Matters” which was scheduled to be held right here in Italy. Unfortunately, the pandemic has upset our lives and our plans and so we postponed it hoping that everything would have come out all right soon but that haven’t happened yet. And so we decided to travel to our countries and cities virtually. Gangi team cut the ribbon with the first remote visit in 2021 during an online meeting with about 80 participants: teachers, students and School Heads that took place on March 10th at 6:30 pm CET. It was a journey through our eco-cultural heritage: art, nature, local dishes, music, traditional dances, typical products ... all in a joyful and welcoming atmosphere. Our partners showed to be well prepared about us during a challenge on Kahoot and made the meeting interesting by asking challenging and curious questions about some particular aspects of our reality. As you can see from the comments left by the participants on a padlet the event was successful. We are proud of this and we look forward to meeting all face-to-face. The next stop is Greece!
