Thank you Team Mossend This book showcases lots of the activities the children experienced from Term 4 of Session 2019/2020 linking to the Four Capacities of CfE. For this level of interaction with our children, staff signed up for a number of jobs over the course of the week including Team Moderator, Star Tracker, Presenting Live Lessons, Downloading and Creating activities, Twitter Moderator, Marking &amp; Feedback of submitted work, Accessing and Sending Passwords, Facilitating Staff CPD...there's really too much to mention. We would like to thank all the staff of Team Mossend because, without us all working together, this would not have been possible - Miss Brennan, Mrs Weir, Mrs Christie, Miss Callander, Mr Malik, Miss Tinto, Miss Simpson, Miss Marshall, Mrs Briggs, Miss Mullen, Miss Watson, Miss Graham, Mrs Gordon, Mrs F. McKay, Mrs L. Currie, Miss McIntyre, Mr Stewart, Mrs Johnston and Mrs Paterson our Head Teacher - she let us run with it and look what we achieved - Amazing! Thank you to Mrs Blevins, Mrs Martin, Mrs Smith, Mrs Brown &amp; Mrs Irons for supporting the school and creating a fantastic Nursery Zone full of age appropriate content for all of our girls and boys in the nursery. For the last week of school before the Summer Holidays, we wanted to focus on engagement with our families. When evaluating Learning across the Four Contexts, we could see we had an abundance of interactions around Ethos and Life of the School as a Community. Over the next five pages we can share our first ever Virtual Movie Night using #Mossendmovies, our Family Quiz Night using #Mossendmarvels and our Family Games Day using #Mpsschoolsout

Due to Covid-19 our learning this term had to adapt, we adopted a blended approach with a prime focus on health and wellbeing. Some families followed our online timetable and attended live lessons throughout the normal school day, finding the routine and structure beneficial. Other families learned by accessing our offline and online resources in a flexible way that suited their circumstances. Others took this unique time to develop important life skills and spending quality time together. We asked all our families to do whatever worked for them and to share their learning via Microsoft Teams and Twitter to allow us to capture it against the CfE four capacities and contexts.
