Day 6: At the Safari Park
… Suddenly, they hear a loud voice: “Rooaaarrr!”
Caroline asks: “Is that a lion?”
“No, that’s a horse!”, Jack answers ironically.
They drive through the park. Now they are in the area of the tigers and, suddenly, a bush rustles.
Emma whispers: “Look, there is a tiger. Oh, no, it goes towards the car! Drive away fast, Dad!”
But he says, “No, I can’t, that scares the tiger and can hurt it.”
But the tiger goes away after ten minutes.
When they leave after the safari, Mr Butler says: “That was very interesting!”

Finally, Emma, Caroline, Jack and George go to the safari park with Mr Butler. Caroline says, “I’m so excited to see the lions and the tigers.” Mr. Butler drives through the safari park and they take photos of elephants and giraffes. George explains, “Giraffes are my favorite animals!”
At that moment, they find the lions and the tigers. Emma says, “Oh, the lions and tigers are coming very close to our car. I’m scared, Dad, please turn around!”
Mr. Butler starts the car and, suddenly, they hear a very loud sound. The car stops - Oh, no, the tire exploded!
Emma and Jack start crying. George shouts: “The lions want to eat us!” Mr. Butler shouts: “George, shut up, we have to stay calm! I will call the number for the park security.”
The rescue car arrives and takes them back to the exit of the park. Jack says, “Now, I’m hungry, let’s get some food and calm down, I have some great photos of the lions and the tigers!” Everybody laughs.
