On the first day, after watching a ten minute <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sfBzwBxl-zQ">video</a> about zero miles food, we discussed all together our photos uploaded on the padlet. Next we created a map on <a href="https://www.google.com/maps/d/edit?mid=1uUSwic7_he6ADg9AmSrg2Z5rWTGzr5M3&amp;usp=sharing">Google Maps</a> with our pictures and we pinned the places where the food comes from.

First of all we watched a 10’ video, in which the validity of zero miles food is questioned in relation to climate change Then we discussed with our teammates about our food photos. Finally, we drew on Google Maps the routes that imported food travels to reach our tables.

On the third day we talked and created a special recipe for our well-being. The recipe contains sports, food and actions that make us feel better everyday:

Before the Erasmus week we took some photos in local food outlets (corner shops, supermarkets, farmer’s market stalls, street vendors etc.) of fruit and vegetables currently on sale. Then we uploaded our photos on the padlet below. We also recorded some short audio clips of natural sounds in our environment.

The second day firstly we watched a video about different comfort foods in every country. After that we explained the definition of a comfort food; next, every person in the group said what their comfort food was and the reason why. Finally we made a poster on Canva with all the foods together.

The first day we watched a video about zero miles foods and their benefits. Secondly we took the main topics of the video and we discussed together about them. Every country presented their zero miles foods and the place where they came from. Finally we put them together and we made a path on Google Maps.

On the third day we created the well-being recipe with ingredients like: happiness, kindness, family, friends and favorite food.

Firstly we discussed about our idea of happiness and what can improve it. Finally we created a presentation with all the other mates

We discussed how much&nbsp;food, outdoor activity, music or simple natural sound we needed for our well being. Then we created an original recipe for well being, including ingredients, quantities and “cooking” procedure.

In the week from 4/04 to 8/04 we worked on an Erasmus project that consists in 3 days of online meetings and group activities. As pre-task, each participant student took photos in local food outlets (corner shops, supermarkets, farmer’s market stalls, street vendors etc.) of fruit and vegetables currently on sale. They also recorded some short audio clips of natural sounds in their environment. In this book you will find a summary of all the groupworks.

On day two we saw another <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T4NOt727wqI">video</a>, this time about comfort food, and then created a <a href="https://www.canva.com/design/DAE9AcBbeBs/CHB3tN9KRttcIUImIDHZ9w/view?utm_content=DAE9AcBbeBs&amp;utm_campaign=designshare&amp;utm_medium=link2&amp;utm_source=sharebutton">poster</a> on Canva with our favorite foods.

The second day we watched two short videos (about 12’ and 6’) about comfort food and we discussed our personal comfort food and then all together we created this poster:

On the first day we created a map on Google map with all the places in which the "zero kilometres" food(nuts, fish, plums, garlic, leeks, carrots) come from. We pinned some places in the north-west of Italy such as Cervere, Cuneo, Alba, San Rocco Castagnaretta and Caraglio. In Germany we pinned Neustrelitz and in Latvia Ventspils. We connected these places with the paths shown on the map.

On the second day we talked about comfort food and the question was: What is comfort food for you and why? Then we made a Canva poster collecting the answers.

-On day 3 there were only us &amp; our Latvian friends, so we worked with group 1. -We asked the Latvians what they do to be happy, like playing sports, eating a sweet or hanging out with friends. -Later, we created a recipe for well-being on <a href="https://www.canva.com/design/DAE9RzmJypY/xzZJRXRzyeUU-GvvrPf_6Q/view?utm_content=DAE9RzmJypY&amp;utm_campaign=designshare&amp;utm_medium=link2&amp;utm_source=sharebutton">Canva</a>.
