TIME CAPSULE - Simona Havierniková

In the pandemic time, I found time for things, for which I usually don't have time. For example I read more book, worked out more often or watched films. I also found time for people, who are important for me, but I can't be with them because of my or their obligations to school or work. Finally, I cleaned my room and organized my things like clothes and I went to my hometown for a long time.

Quarantine taught me, that being with family members is important and I should make more time for them generally, not only when it is the quarantine time. But it also taught me, that I should make more time for me and of course, that the health is one of the most important and the most valuable thing in the world.

But what I lost in the pandemic time, is my morning routine. By morning routine I don't mean breakfast or toothbrushing, I mean getting up at the certain time. I also lost my hope in "summerbody" - despite my work out. Why? Because I love baking and cooking and now, when I am home, I bake and cook. And of course, I eat it.

Messages for future generations:
Be careful with health and don't forget the basic habit - washing hands.
Spent more time with your family and with your older family members.
Make time for what you love.
Don't eat what is not meant to be food (yeah, I am refering to bat at Wu-Chan)

TIME CAPSULE

It´s terrible time. But we have to stay home and protect ourselves. The first month was horrible. My family and I have to stay home and do nothing. Most of the time we watch movies or series. For example Charlie´s Angels, Fast and Furious, Vyprávěj, 13 Reasons Why, La casa de papel and so on.

In the quarantine I didn´t see my friends but we send messages together using Messenger and called by Facetime. I miss my friends so much. I want to see them. Schools are closed from about mid-March. We study at home over google classroom and talk with our teacher over Meet. Every Tuesday we have math meet. We see our teacher and he explaining us math and do some examples.

In the quarantine I again started playing at the guitar. I haven´t got time before quarantine and now I have it. So I learned some new songs. Wow that was amazing! I must did it again in a while.

I love food. So during the quaratine I baked and cooked some new food. Then, I eat it! Not everything, but most of the food. Other things I do: I read books, cleaned whole apartment, listened music, did things I didn´t have time before.

TIME CAPSULE - Tereza Stromecká

In pandemic time i found out that i can do many things i couldn't do during school. I was exhausted both physically and mentally. I had so much stress because of school. Now when i have time i can concentrate more on myself.

Quarantine time taught me that i need to focuse more on myself too. All the time I was interested in other people but not that much in me. I started to train MMA again after 4 months pause, I taught myself healthy lifestile and routine.

This quarantine/pandemic also got me realize. We need to be happy for that what we have, our health and also our family or the state in which we are living. Now you can look how America is looking. I know It's not because of the pandemic, but because of the protest against police brutality. But I don't want to talk about this.

Message for future me:
Focus more on yourself!
Be grateful from little things in your life!
Make your family and your friends happy!
Pay more attention on your state situacion!

But there are also things, that quarantine took me. I should be going to America in 3 weeks from now to study English. It took me time to spent it with my family. My niece was born in this pandemic and my sister is living in Switzerland so i can't fly to Swiss and see them. And it took me my favorite hobby traveling.

Time Capsule - Michaela Soukalová

In the time, when was pandemic Covid-19, many people lost their job. In the beginning in the Czech Rebublic, every student stoped go to school and must studied in the online teaching. Student and teacher must learnt how working with.

Of course people at home had more time for cleaning, cooking and do old rest. Many people too trained at home and pursue children.

Every people must weared a mask and not too much went out. Mask was very annoying and it was hot in it.
Goverment recommendet safety gloves. Paramedics must weared safety suits. For them that was difficult time too.

I had more time for old rest too. I cleaned my room and helped my mum. I strive trained too, but i bake and cook too. But we had many homework to school and i must do it. When i have a little bit of time, i work in the garden.

Message for future generation:
- be happy for little things
- pay attention your family and friends
- not depreciate situacion around you

MY TIME CAPSULE - Karolína Kaplánková

As you know, the year 2020 was not really what we had expected. If somebody one year ago told me, that the Wolrd is going to face a pandemic, I would not believe that all.

Last five months have been hard. The whole Czech Republic was quarantined in March. People could not go to the school or work, most shops were closed, even the public transport was free (for drivers safety) and people could not meet up each others.

Since the quarantine began, I have sooo much time for myself. I started working out, doing joga and also going for a tours. I am really enjoying being free from a stress regarding school. Now, after few months at home I feel better mentally and physically.

I realized...
...how much I am happy, for having a complete family, with no medicals issues.
...that taking care of myself and my health is more importlant, than I ever thought before.

Message for a future generations:

Everything bad is for something good.

- Be responsible
- Do not be selfish
- Appreaciate yours health
- Respect institutions
- Be positive :)

TIME CAPSULE - Nela Růžičková

During the time of the quarantine I spend a lot of time on the garden. There was a wonderful weather outside, so I went for a walk with my dog. Because of the quaranteen I had a lot of time for cooking and baking. I´ve changed and improoved my lifestyle. I´ve started with regurally workouts and thinking about my surrounding.

I often called my grandmother and grandfather, whitch now can do better with phone because of quaranteen. And now we still have videochats and send each other photos with messenger.

The worst think about the quaranteen was, that I hadn´t the opportunity to see my friends. We had been still at home and there was no way to meet each other.

These times was very hard for all of us. Somebody lost their jobs, kids have to stopped go to schools, shops have to close but now it is better. Some people get back their jobs, kids are in school and shops are already open.

Quarantine

I realize many things. Like not everybody are my friends because when I need to help than some of they don’t answer. I have so many time to myself, I can workout or go on walk with my dog. But when I was home and can’t go anywhere I want to was hard because it’s not funny when I realize that I can’t do anything I want to ..

School

All the time we learn in home. We use gclassroom and sometimes we call with teachers but the homework are sometimes difficult and sometimes it’s too much to do .. but we can handle it.

Future
In one moment u can’t do everything you want because you can’t..
So don’t forget to be happy for what u have because in one minute everything can change.
Don’t be racist, don’t be mean, don’t be sad because everything is worth it.
In corona times happened a many situations that we aren’t happy about but this is world

Time capsule - Simona Stančíková

The year 2020, year of coronavirus. People could not go out and had to wear face masks to keep themselves and their families safe from the virus. All shops were closed. Only the food was open.

Schools were closed. The children learned from home. We had an online class on Meet.

Message for future:
- Be nice on Earth.
- Take care of your family and friends against the dangers of viruses.
- Be glad you don't have to wear a face mask and you can move freely.

During the quarantine, I had more time to help my parents with housework. Play with my dog.

I run 3 kilometers of the day, do fitness at home with my favorite fitness youtuber Pamela Reif. In my free time I doing sports a lot. I cycling every day of quarantine, but only few kilometers.

TIME CAPSULE - Tomáš Tábor

In the year 2020 was quarantine because of virus, which spread to the whole world.

We had to stay at home for a long time, 3 months I think. In the beginning it was great.

Also everyone was talking only about this virus. It was in the newspaper, TV, internet. They only talked about this virus which was stressful.

You can think that be at home for so much time is really good. But you can´t do a lot of things which entertain you. You can´t go outside. Always stay at home. Time flew so slowly.

We hadn´t to go to school, which was great. But on the other hand, all the learning was through computers. That was really interesting.

What I felt most sorry for was that I couldn´t see my friends and couldn´t play hockey. That was horrible
