open days are a good thing

Our Open Day is an exciting chance for future students and parents to learn more about facilities, programs, opportunities and services that I.C.Ceccano 1 offers.

You can see teaching and learning in action; you can learn about the curriculum;  you can meet teachers, students and other parents; you can imagine your child in that school.

School is a place where there must be constant interaction between students, parents, teachers and the management staff. This happens usually on a day called ‘Open Day’, which gives an opportunity for parents to know what is happening in the institution.

Introducing children to a school can boost their confidence

Open days are a great idea not just for parents but also children, as attending a new school for the first time can be an intimidating venture.
While children can’t be expected to take in everything from a taster event, even a passing familiarity with the school can make it seem like a far less scary prospect for pupils. For this reason it's important to attend open days  so children can make the transition to secondary school with ease.
