High Blood Pressure – A Silent Killer According to the World Health Organization over a billion adults around the world suffer from high blood pressure. It is now taking steps to fight against what is called a silent killer. High blood pressure can lead to strokes and a heart attack. Almost 10 million people die of these two diseases every year. They are the number one causes of death globally. High blood pressure also leads to kidney failure, blindness, and other illnesses. It often goes hand in hand with diabetes and obesity, which increases health risks even further. 	 As the WHO reports, people in developing countries in Africa suffer more from high blood pressure than people in developed countries. The reason is that health care in the developed world is much better organized and people go to the doctor soon enough. High blood pressure should never be ignored and always taken seriously. It is a warning sign from your body that something is not OK. Although people may live with high blood pressure for years without even knowing it, it is important to check your blood pressure regularly and take the necessary steps. The WHO says that you can reduce your blood pressure by changing your living habits. Eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly, avoiding alcohol and nicotine are some things that you can do without consulting a doctor.

USB - How Connecting Electronic Devices &nbsp;Works In the later part of the 1990s the Universal Serial Bus (USB) was invented as a system of exchanging data from one storage place to another at a relatively fast speed. Today about 10 billion USB devices are in use, a figure that even stuns its inventor Ajay Bhatt from Intel. USB has become a common name everywhere, from schools and offices to hospitals. Ajay Bhatt was annoyed by the different types of connections that a PC had and looked for a simpler way of linking different parts of a computer. He tried to set up a uniform connection system for all PC parts and other devices. Although it was difficult for Bhatt to convince computer makers that he had a good idea, he finally got the approval to change a computer's extension system completely.USB has many advantages. For one, a single port can control up to 128 devices at once. They are powered by themselves and you do not have to switch off a device to make USB work. A USB object installs itself. Just plug it in and the computer automatically downloads the software you need to make it work. When the first USB devices hit the markets in the late 1990s they were an immediate success. In later versions the transfer speed of USB devices was drastically improved. Today's USB 3.0 standard is over 400 times faster than its original USB 1. All over the world millions of USB devices and adapters are being sold every day. The Intel engineer is proud of having created a standard that the computer industry has accepted and that will be here for a while to come. Today’s PCs and laptops have at least 3-4 USB ports. USB connectors can be found everywhere, on printers, digital cameras, mobile phones and tablets.

Mobile Banking on the Increase in Developing Countries Mobile banking is becoming more and more popular in countries of the Third World. While in developed countries almost all people have bank accounts, only a small part of the population in underdeveloped countries has access to banks. In mobile banking, a person who wants to send money does so by sending the amount via text to the receiver’s phone number. The person who receives the money goes to an authorized local shop and withdraws the cash. There are many examples of mobile banking in the Third World. Hospitals in Tanzania send money to women so that they can pay for the bus fare to the hospital. In Afghanistan, the government pays its policemen by mobile phone. Coffee plantation owners in East Africa send workers their money via text. Mobile banking has become popular where there are few banks but where most of the people have a mobile phone. The potential market is especially large in South America where only 35% of the people have bank accounts but 90% have mobile phones. Many mobile phone companies are taking over banking services in underdeveloped countries. In the last two years, almost one million people in six African countries have signed up with European mobile operator Orange. In Kenya and Tanzania, British operator Vodaphone has 20 million customers who send money to other people in the country and abroad. In Pakistan, Norwegian mobile phone company Telenor has been offering mobile banking since 2008. People can withdraw money at almost 11,000 shops throughout the country. Pakistan itself has only a little over 8,000 banks. Money transfers are limited to $120, with Telenor taking 5% of the amount.

In my opinion is that maybe mobile banking is more suitable for use by countries that have difficulty accessing banks. Because mobile banking can be via cellphone so it makes it easier for people. However, it is likely that in the future mobile banking users will also continue to increase because it is easier and simpler to just use a mobile phone and there is no need to go out to go to the bank. The only way is someone who wants to send money does so by sending the amount by texting the recipient's phone number. And the receiving person goes to a local authorized shop and withdraws the cash.

In my opinion, Universal Serial Bus (USB) technology makes it easier for us to connect one electronic device to another. Because Via USB, we can retrieve data from other devices to the computer. Based on the text above, it is explained that USB has become a common name everywhere, from schools and offices to hospitals. The invention of USB was sparked by an American computer architect who got annoyed with the various types of connections PCs had, so he looked for a more convenient way to connect various parts of the computer.As a result of Ajay Bhatt's frustration, he managed to create a technology. But in the early 90s, it turned out that Bhatt was having a hard time finding a support company to develop the feature. Finally, he got approval to completely change the computer extension system. Intel found its findings and began to build support for USB into the chip he made.

In my opinion, the news text above tells about a bomb explosion; in the text, it is stated that the most severe explosion occurred in the baker's house. The bomb that was hit left a huge pile of debris, and one witness said that he heard a very powerful explosion followed by a white and ferocious flash of light. With this incident, it is necessary to remember to always carry a mask, find the nearest shelter, and never leave the lights on at night.

Tragically, it is thought that around 100 people have been killed and 350 homes destroyed, with many people still missing. However, a lucky few with Anderson Shelters in their back gardens managed to seek refuge and survive the terrifying attack. Also damaged in the air raid, which lasted 10 hours, was Llandaff Cathedral, Cardiff Docks, and many Chapels in the town center. The worst incident was at the home of bakers, on the corner of Stockland Street in Grangetown. Around 32 people were killed - including at least five members of the Hollyman family as they sheltered in the cellar under the bakery. The bomb when it hit left an enormous pile of rubble (around 3 meters high). A local lad, John Williams, a 14-year-old delivery boy for the bakery. arrived the next morning for his horse-drawn round to find his employer Bill Hollyman's baker shop reduced to rubble. He said to The Daily News, "I was shocked there was debris everywhere, it was unrecognizable!". Another witness to the devastating bombings was Margaret, aged 45, who said she heard an almighty explosion, followed by flashes of white light littering the night sky, and ferocious flames raging. With the war still ongoing, it is important to remember to: always carry your gas mask, find the nearest Anderson shelter and never leave your lights on at night time.

In my opinion health is very important because it relates to life like we can't do anything if we are not healthy, therefore it is highly recommended for us to maintain health. Based on the text above, it is explained that the majority of people suffer from high blood pressure which can cause death. This is triggered because they are indifferent to their health and do not maintain a healthy lifestyle. As is the case in developing countries like Indonesia, which has a high rate of high blood pressure, this is also due to a lack of public awareness to seek medical treatment from doctors, they tend to ignore the disease they are suffering from which can be fatal. Most Indonesians are too relaxed in responding to their own health. In fact, there are still many adults who do not trust doctors and medicines. It is this assumption that makes them ignore their health. In fact, if you examine high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, it is caused by unhealthy lifestyle habits such as unhealthy eating, not exercising, and people's distrust of medical drugs. The first step we have to change is to realize that health is primary and very important, only then can we try a healthy lifestyle and get good results, namely avoiding dangerous diseases.
