School lessons about Goal 14 of Agenda 2030: "Life Underwater"

In January 2020 the attention was shifted to the goal 14 of Agenda 2030 :"Life Underwater".

The topic was treated during the lessons in relation to the national improvement of coastal conservation. 

In October 2019 pupils were involved in some school lessons around the current topic of the food waste. 

They have been informed about the national and regional statistics, raising awareness of the possible good actions to keep in mind, and they have been addressed to the following activities of the Erasmus project.

Then the students themselves, divided in groups, made some researches about the problem of food waste, organising the results in a presentation, partially visible in the pictures. 

This presentation was shared during the mobilisation to Gavle, Sweden.

In December the pupils made some posters, sharing the commitment of the Erasmus activities in the corridors of our school and with the other institutes involved in this project. 

Then the students elaborated on the last marine protected area, part of the total 27 areas: the local "Capo Milazzo", Sicily, which allowed Italy to reach the point 14.5 of Agenda 2030. 

Finally, in groups, they collected the results in some presentations.
