INITIAL STAGE
First, there will be a short warm up before getting into the pool, then performe a block the 5 minutes with exercises joint mobility.

MIDDLE STAGE
2 set will be carried out each of 10 minutes by means of a music track, composed of 10 exercises: March, skipping, jump squat, jumping jack, lateral displacement, rowing with both lateral arms, knee lift, kicking gesture with both leg, v-step, and movements used in swimming combining aerobic capacity, in each block there will be an active pause.
