George Crum made Potato Chips. In New York 1822 George Crum was born. His father was a African American jockie.His mom was a member of the Huron Tribe.He was a Mountain guide and a trader . He became a cook.

In Alabama in 1866, Mary Anderson was born. She also took a trip to New York City in the winter time. It was a messy city when she went. Drivers would have to get out of their cars and rub their hands on their windshield to get the snow off. She invented windshield wipers .

Chester Greenwood was a used to cold winters. Chester had big ears. When he was ice-skating he couldn't handle the cold very well. He never wanted to wrap what around his neck. He made earmuffs.

Victor Ochoa made and designed three different planes . The oak a plane was made out of his adjustable wrench , Electric brake, Pen and pencil clip, reversible motor and a windmill.One of the machines weighed about 250 pounds.

Then Franklin was a founding father of the U.S.A. One day he created electricity. He told his son William to come help him. His dad said it includes flying kites and he said okay.The kite special because it was connected to a iron key.It was connected to the Leyden Jar .The jar could store electrical charges.Ben thought it was complicated.When they tested the kite,it was cold and rainy outside.Ben Franklin proved people wrong by saying that electricity was real.
