Hello! My name is Miss Smith and I love kindergarten! I have taught for 20 years. I have a cute dog named Echo. I also have two nephews and a niece. I love to take them to Disneyland and Disney World! I also love to cook!

Students are allowed to bring something in to share with the class for their birthday. Non-edible items are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED(pencils, erasers, party favor type of toys). If you choose to send a treat it must be store bought and individually wrapped so that everyone can easily take it home to eat.

Unless there is a special note sent home asking to bring items in, please have your child leave all toys and personal items at home. This includes electronics, food and gum. Please check back packs to make sure these items stay home.

Monday - Thursday AM KINDERGARTEN: 8:55 am - 11:40 am Friday - 8:55 am - 10:55 am We will be going to PE each Wednesday. Please send your child in appropriate clothes and shoes for PE.

Your child will have a communication folder that you will need to check on Mondays. The communication folder is where I will send home notes, newsletters and other important information.

If you would like to volunteer in the classroom or go on a field trip, you must be fingerprinted by the Jordan District Office. Before you get your fingerprints, you must come to Antelope Canyon's main office to get the paperwork to go to the district office.

1. Follow adult directions the first time. 2. Be in the right place at the right time, doing the right thing. 3. Keep hands, feet and objects to yourself. 4. Follow the red/green sign. Positive Consequences: You are happy, prize box, stickers, positive phone call home. Negative Consequences: Warning, talk with teacher, stop to think, phone call home.
