HOME

My name is Mrs. Stein, but my family and friends call me Jody. I am happy to be your teacher this year! I was born 50 years ago in 1973 and raised right here in Rochester, New York. I like to travel, but I always love to come home! This is a picture of my home. I have lived in it for 27 years and have raised my family in it.

FAMILY

My family is the most important thing to me! I have a husband, Ron who I have been married to for 13 years. I have two adult sons, Nicholas and Jason and two adult step-sons, Josh and Jesse. I also have a daughter-in-law, Kayla and two energetic grandsons, Mason and Avery.

I love animals, but none as much as my Boxer, Rocky and my "grand-dogger", Nova! I was born the youngest of three kids. I have a sister, Jackie and a brother, Jamie. Terry and Guy are my amazing parents! I am lucky that my parents, siblings and kids all live in Rochester too!

HOBBIES

I am starting my 29th year of teaching! My passion is working with kids, but there are other things I love to do when I am not in the classroom, like spending time with my friends and family. There is never a dull moment when we are together. I also like to travel, craft, paint, clean and organize, go to movies, concerts and plays and enjoy days on our boat.

FAVORITES

There are many things that I love. Some of my favorite things include gerbera daisies, cozy clothes, and all things pink! Aside from my dog, my favorite animal is a zebra. My love for pink and zebras is apparent in my classroom.
