Ding dong, ding dong, sang the doorbell as we opened the door. Our relatives piled into the house. Gramma and Papa came the day before Thanksgiving. Before I tell you anything else I should tell you who is all at my house there is...

Uncle Pete and Aunt Tanna and Elsie.
"I love Thanksgiving!" I yelled.

We play and eat cheese and crackers. Me and Myla play with Elsie.

Dad is busy in the kitchen making food.We are busy having fun.

Then dad brings out the food. There is gravy, yams, cranberries as red as maroon, and much more.

"Food," we yell. We run to the table. Before everyone else had came I had made name tags for each guest. We sat in our spots and waited for food to come. We gobbled up the food.

We pass around the green beans, yams, and bread filled with butter. A little later we are done.

After it is dessert time! There is Gigi's famous rice crispy squares, some yummy pies, ice cream, and maybe a cake. Mom and Dad let us have all the things we want. We eat and eat and eat.

Finally we open presents since my birthday is November 17th I get presents on Thanksgiving.
Sometimes Brendan and Myla get presents too. Gigi and Grandpa leave after they give me presents.

After that we go to bed. The next day we tug on the wishbone. It is me versus Brendan. "I'm going to win!" Brendan yells.

As Thanksgiving ended I felt sad but there is always a next year.
