Electric Eels

Electric eels live in warm rivers in the amazon region of South America. They also live in shallow, dirty, muddy water.

What has a long body, lives underwater, and is electric? Well, if you guessed an electric eel, you are right!

Electric eels have long, thin bodies. They are brown or olive with tan spots. Another thing is their undersides are usually lighter, some have reddish undersides.
