My Thanksgiving

I rushed out of bed. And got my clothes on and went to the bathroom. Then I brushed my teeth and Packed my clothes. Then I said, “Wake up mom and dad!” My sister was going to be
Late. Then we all rushed to the car.

For Thanksgiving my family goes to my grandma and grandpa’s house. It is a very long ride
for my family but it was too long for me and my sister. It is an hour long to get to my grandma and grandpa’s House it’s a very Long ride for my family but too long for me and my sister. When we all get there we all run for the bathroom because it is such a long drive we all had to go when we got there.

Then we all gather in the living room and we just talk for a while. Then all the kids go on play outside play a lot of fun games. The kids really enjoy playing outside. While the kids are playing outside. Well all the kids were playing outside all the parents are making the food but some of them brought food to. Then all the kids come in from out side and then we all go to the bathroom to wash our hands including the parents in the sink.

Then we all just smell the delicious food. I know the food came out of the oven because it smelled so good. Then we all sat down at the table. We all just dig into the food. It was delicious “Stop fighting over the food!” said my dad.

Then we ate pie my aunt makes every year. I thought it was delicious. Little while later it was time to go. I was like, “Wait it’s already time to go?” It was. I really like Thanksgiving because I get to see my whole family.I will always remember that time that was the best time of Thanksgiving that I ever had. Then my family said goodbye and got in the car. I always remember that time I wish that we do that that again. But we will next year.
