Dr. Dhaval Madam and Team gave an Orientation On 'Library Introduction' during 1.15 pm to 3.15 pm on 18 May, 2022. There was a 'Tea Break' during 03.15 pm to 03.30 pm. Mr.Mohammad Ali Kazi gave a presentation on 'Personality Development for Faculty Members' during 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm.

Dr. Trilok Akhani gave a practical Orientation on Semester Planning' during 9.30 am to 10.30 am on 20 May, 2022, Friday. Ms.Misri Khatri provided a presentation on 'Enriching Educational Dynamics' during 10.00 am to 11.15 am. Mr. Ankit Pandya gave a presentation 'Communication Skill at Workplace' during 11.15 am to 12.15 pm. There was a GROUP PHOTO session organized at BLOCK-A-ENTRANCE during 12:15 pm to 12:30 pm.

There was a 'Lunch Break' during 12.30 pm to 1.15 pm. There was a 'Tea Break' during 2.15 pm to 2.30 pm. Dr. Chhaya Iyer gave a presentation on 'Defining Procrastination' during 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm. Ms.Misri Khatri conducted a practical session on 'Soft Skills Building for Teachers through Activities' during 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm.

Dr.Jyotsna Amin &amp; Ms. Misri Khatri gave a practical presentation on 'Gamification in Classroom' during 9.30 am to 10.30 am on 21 May, 2022, Saturday. Dr. Pallavi Khedakar and Dr. Manisha Pathak gave a presentation on 'Assessment for Learning; Tools and Techniques' during 10.30 am to 11.45 am. Dr. Harshal Shah conducted a session on 'Digitization in Classroom' during 11.45 am to 01:00 pm. There was a 'Lunch Break' during 1.00 pm to 1.45 pm.

Dr. Sapna Chauhan gave an Orientation to 'Introduction of Human Resources at PU' during 9.30 am to 10.00 am on 19 May, 2022, Thursday. Dr. Priti Nair provided an orientation on 'International Relationship Cell' during 10.00 am to 10.30 am. Dr. Jyotsna Amin provided a presentation 'Teachers' code of conduct' during 10.30 am to 11.30 am. Mr. Ankit Padya gave a presentation on 'Office Etiquette' during 11.30 am to 12.30 pm. There was a 'Lunch Break' during 12.30 pm to 1.15 pm.

Dr.Vijay Upadhey gave a presentation on 'CR4D' during 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. There was a 'Tea Break' during 3.00 pm to 3.15 pm. FINAL EXAMINATION was conducted online during 3.15 pm to 4.30 pm. 'Vote of Thanks' was given by Dr. Jyotsna Amin on behalf of CHRD team at the end of the last day.

Mr. Yogesh Parmar &amp; Mr. Salman Ghanchi conducted a practical session on ICT Tools during 1.15 pm to 2:45 pm. There was a 'Tea Break' during 2:45 pm to 3:00 pm . Mr. Yogesh Parmar &amp; Mr. Salman Ghanchi conducted a practical session on the active use of Google Classroom &amp; Moodle during 3.00 pm to 4.00 pm. Dr.Parthiv Patel gave a presentation on 'Netiquettes’ during 4.00 pm to 4.30 pm.

The Faculty Development Program was begun with the motivational words of Dr. M N Patel (Provost) at 9.30 am to 9.50 am on 16 May,2022 MONDAY. He shared his personal experiences regarding punctuality. Dr. H Vijayakumar (Pro-vice Chancellor) shared information about Structure and Function of Parul University during 9.50 am to 10.00 am. His speech provided a clear idea of of Parul University functions. Dr. Manish Pandya (Registrar) shared information about 'Vision and Mission' of Parul University during 10.00 am to 10.10 am. Dr.Chhaya Iyer delivered lecture about Cell Introduction of Parul University during 10.10 am to 10.20 am.

Dr. Pallavi Khedkar gave a practical Orientation on how to maintain and prepare 'A to Z files' during 1.15 pm to 2.15 pm on 19 May, 2022, Thursday. Dr. Jyotsna Amin provided a presentation on 'Interactive Pedagogies' during 2.15 pm to 3:45 pm. There was a 'Tea Break' during 3:45 pm to 4:00 pm. Ms.Misri Khatri provided a presentation 'Spirituality and Education' during 4.00 pm to 4.30 pm.

This is a report on the 'Faculty Induction Program' organized by the CHRD department at Parul University during 16 May, 2022 to 21 May, 2022.This program was based on providing the overall idea of how the entire system of Parul University functions to the newly recruited faculties.

Dr. Vijay Upadhey gave an Orientation On 'How to publish a research paper and apply for a grant ?' during 9.30 am to 10.0 am on 18 May, 2022. Dr. Jyotsna Amin provided an orientation on 'Planning of Instruction' during 10.30 am to 11.30 am. Mr. Tushar Sir gave a presentation on 'Excel Spreadsheet' during 11.30 am to 12.00 pm. There was a 'Lunch Break' during 12.30 pm to 1.15 pm.

Mr. Ankit Pandya gave an Orientation On 'Cell Introduction' during 9.30 am to 10.00 am on 17 May, 2022. Dr. Jyotsna Amin provided an orientation on teaching Skills during 10.00 am to 10.45 am. Dr. Manisha Pathak gave a presentation on 'Blooms’ Taxonomy and Outcome Based Pedagogy' during 10.45 am to 12.45 pm. There was a 'Lunch Break' during 12.45 pm to 1.15 pm.

An online pre- test was organized during 10.20 am to 11.00 am. Outline of the Induction Programme was also provided by CHRD officers. Dr.Jyotsna Amin gave an Orientation to teaching skills during 11.00 am to 12.45 pm. This gave a clear idea about what is active teaching in the classroom. There was a 'Lunch Break' during 12.45 pm to 1.30 pm. Dr. Misri Khatri provided a kind of practical orientation on Power Point Presentation Skills during 1.30 pm to 2.30 pm. There was a 'Tea Break' during 2:30 pm to 2:45 pm . Dr.Trilok Akhani provided a presentation with practical teaching on Black Board Skills during 2.45 pm to 4.30 pm. It was activity based.
