Here are our common evaluating tools we used while working on the international integrated project on sustainability - peer, self- and teachers’ evaluation. Each country modified them slightly to suit the specific circumstances and features of their activities.

PEER EVALUATION

PIE/PIZZA CHART
A pie/pizza chart that consists of 13 pieces can be used to assess group work. Pupils evaluate each other’s contribution to the work of the group. They share the pizza slices among their group members and colour them. Then, they explain their decision in a short note under the pie/pizza. Finally, the teacher could give them a mark based on the score of the slices.

Self evaluation tools

EMOJI´S
Students evaluated their feelings before, during and after the activity. That gave them a food for thought because they had to explain what made them feel that way. It taught them self-evaluation, critical thinking and gave their teachers an important insights.
Students also used the emoji’s to evaluate their classmates’ presentations skills. In this form it can be used as a valid feedback for the presenters.

RUBRICS
The rubrics can be used by the teacher and the students. They will fill it in, compare and reason the results. It helps the students to judge their own work, learn about the teacher´s expectations and gain some objectivity while self-evaluating.
The rubrics can be also used for the peer evaluation.
