Do you think reindeer can fly? I think reindeer cannot fly. Here are the reasons why. First, it would take 5.6 million reindeer to pull Santa's cargo of 925,000 tons of toys. Next, only three animals - bats, pterosaurs, and birds have evolved with the ability for powered flight. Bats are the only mammals that can fly. Also, reindeer don't have feathers like birds. Therefore, reindeer don't have the physical apparatus to fly. Finally, these are the reasons why reindeers don't fly.
