When we prepare food, it's important to stay safe and hygienic! We can do this by:&nbsp; 1. Washing our hands regularly.&nbsp; 2. Asking an adult for help with sharp objects. 3. Cleaning surfaces, bowls and cutlery. 4. Making sure food is cooked at the correct temperature. 5. Cleaning up after ourselves.
