ORANGE TEAM: TECHNOLOGY
Task description: We can simply describe technology as the application of scientific knovledge for practical purposes especially in industry. Of course it has many kinds and many pros and cons. Furthermore it has changed over time.
1. Try to find exampes of old technologies? Please, ask your grandparents or parents what old technologies they used to have in the past? You can add the pictures of old technologies.
2. Do your grandparents use social media? which one or ones?
3. Do they think technology as a friend or foe?
4. Can you compare educational technology in the past and present? Pros and cons: please write  at least three items. Again you can ask your parents:))
5.Give examples of technology that is very important for your daily life?
After sharing this your answers on the forum, we’ll create a collaborative comic.

1. So i asked my grandmother which technologies she used. My grandmother had a tube TV, a landline phone, a radio and an mp3 player.
2. My grandmother only has Whatsapp on her mobile phone.
3. She thinks that technology is a friend, because it makes the life easier and more cosy.
4. So at first telephones. In the past they didn't have a mobile phone so they weren't always reachable. Then there was no internet for everyone, so they couldn't search online . At last they didn't have music everytime, only if they had an Mp3 and also if they had there were only a few songs which they could listen to.
5. Very important For my life are my telephone, my airpods, my laptop, the Internet and my Tv .

I asked my granny of it and she told me that the radio and the telephone were her tecnologies most used. Especially the telephone she spent a lot of time talking with friends.
She only uses Whatsapp and she usually needs help for chatting.
For her technology is a friend also she says that the life was better with less technology.
The technology has improved or has made the education more accessible for everyone. We can use laptops to search information and do tasks, we can watch educational videos and do lessons online. Also the technology make us more lazy and depend on an electronic gadget.
Phone, laptop and tv.

1.- I asked my parents and grandparents about the technology they used and they gave me these examples: typewriters, old mobile phones and old video game consoles.
2.- Yes. My grandparents use Whatsapp to communicate with the family.
3.- I think it depends on how you use the technology. If you use it correctly, it is a friend.
4.- Pros: It makes education easier as you have more tools to learn and it is easier to use. Cons: The price is more expensive and can also turn students off.
5.- The mobile phone because I communicate with my family. The car because I use it to get around. The computer because it makes it easier for me to learn.

1.- One of the biggest examples that comes to my mind are the tube TVs. My parents were used to have an tube TV. Also, my father has had an old mobile phone.
2.- Only my grandmother, she uses Whatsapp and she manages well.
3.- She sees it like a friend that sometines it is difficult to deal with.
4.- In the past, the education was in paper and books know the most part is in a digital form. Some pros are: you can have your notes on every place and check them wherever you want. It isn't needed to spentd a lot of paper, so it is an ecological way. Cons: It is easy to be distracted in the middle of the class when you use a laptop with internet conection.
5.- There are a lot of technologies that are important in our daily life, for example, the microwave, the car, TV, light, computers, mobile phones and a lot more

1. My grandma only had a radio as a child and later a tube TV. My dad had a TV, a radio, an old Nintendo, Cassettes, a Walkman, a portable disc player and a CD player. His cell phone was called Phillips Fizz and had an antenna. There used to be a landline telephone with half connection. You had to share the telephone line with a second household. So if the neighbor had just phoned someone, you couldn't do it yourself.
2. No my grandma doesn't have a mobile phone at all. She has a landline phone.
3. My father thinks technology is basically a friend because you can do everything with your cell phone. But it can also be an enemy, like when people get bullied on social media or like fake news for example.
4. My father had an overhead projector, a television and typewriters when he went to school. So everything used to be on paper, now everything happens online. We just have to hand in our homework on teams. This gives us a better overview of what we have to do, but we only have time until midnight on the day before the next lesson. Today almost everyone has their mobile phone on the table during the lessons. Unfortunately, this often distracts us students because we have free access to the Internet. That didn't exist in the past.
5. Important for my life are my phone, my Convertible, my TV and my headphone
