Chapter One

This is the story of a little girl.
Her name is Laura. Her hair is long and blond. She has blue eyes. She is 9 years old.
In June, her parents tell her:"Next month, you are going to go to England. You must learn English. It's Important"

In July, Laura goes to the house of a friend of her grandmother. The friend's name is Mrs Smith. She has green eyes and glasses. Her hair is short and grey. She lives in a very beautiful big house near London. She has a black cat.
Laura is happy. Mrs Smith is very nice. She speaks English and sometimes French.

The following week, Laura hears the cat meowing in the attic.
The little girl goes up.
The cat has hurt its paw.
On her way back, she sees a little light.
She gives the cat to Mrs Smith.

Laura goes back to the attic and sees a blanket over a bright object.
She lifts the blanket and sees an ancient mirror.
She puts the blanket back in place.
But while returning, she trips and touches the mirror.
She disappears into another world.

Chapter Two

When Laura arrives in the other world, she discovers a lot of sweets.

Laura is very hungry, so she eats a chocolate sign.

Suddenly, a schtroumph policeman appears and arrests her.

“You enjoy eating signs, I take you to jail!”

Laura is afraid, she decides to eat him.

She escapes and sails on the cocoa river.
A crocodile attacks her.

Laura finds a lolly and uses it as a club.

The crocodile is knocked down and sinks
to the bottom of the river.

Elsewhere, she finds mikados and builds
a bridge. She goes across the river.

Suddenly, a sugar rain falls.

She sees a house, enters it and meets the small gingerbread man.

He gives tea with liquorice to Laura but she has allergies and spots appear.

Then, the three little pigs come into the
house because they like tea.

One shouts: “She’s a banana with clothes!”

Gingerbread man explains to Laura how
she can go back home: she has to find
a map in a castle.

Chapter Three

"Can you give me the direction to the castle?" asks Laura.
"I'll go with you".
They leave the house and take the candy car. They go to the castle. The castle also is made of candy.
"Now, we must find the map." says Laura.
