Today I built a fort, yes a fort. Out of wood! It was a lot of fun, as I got to work with some of my best friends, and I think we worked really efficiently as a team. Personally, cant wait for what tomorrow holds.

This was my favourite photo I took, because it reminds me about the learning I did throughout the day.

I feel, this study was a very big hit. I learned a lot about myself, as well as my peers. This filed study showed me that learning can be fun, creative, and interactive. I personally cant wait for more study&apos;s and im sure there are going to be more even better than this one!

In this activity we were tasked to build a fort. We were assigned into teams of 3 or 4. Our fort needed to be in a flat area that had a reasonable source or water and food nearby. The picture you see is another team, one of my peers building their fort. I believe I best used my creative thinking and communication competency in this part of the learning advance. I believe one of my strengths in this activity was communication, I believe I communicated to my peers on what the design should be, and how we should construct the fort once coming up with design. I think this really stretched my creative thinking aspect, mostly because this was something that wasn&apos;t in my books prior to this part of learning. So communicatingwith my  peers was a bit of a challenge. Personally, I think I could have contribute to the build a bit more. I feel I was a bit more of a talker then a builder, and I think I could have contributed a bit more.

Today was awesome, I helped my peers with DI, and I feel like I really made a connection with some of the grade 8&apos;s. I cant wait for tomorrow and I hope it will be an even better day! 

Personally, I think I could have been a bit more engaged when doing DI. I think we worked really well on establishing a well structured script during the advance. What didn&apos;t work well, was collaborating as a team. Some of us would take non-needed breaks, and some would be off task doing other &quot;important&quot; stuff. I personally thought I brought my thoughts and opinions, for example when establishing a script, I presented my ideas that one of our team choice elements was going to be live music, which turned out to be a big part of our DI project. And personally I think I could have contributed a bit more. Even though I contributed my team choice elements, I feel I could have been a bit more of value to the script itself. Other then that, this learning advance was really fun.

I learned how to express myself in my learning more. I learned how a personal bank account worked. I also learned how to communitcate with my peers more effectively. So far this is a really fun experience and I cant wait for more fun in the future.

In this activity, we did a lot of communicating with peers. So I believe I best showed my communication competency in this activity. We discussed what we will do tomorrow. We also problem solved. And, worked together as a team to solved challenges like games or puzzles. I think I really stretched myself when it came to staying on topic and focused on the activity. Personally, I think I could have stayed a bit more focused when listening to peers or teachers. For example, when my peers were trying to talk to me, I instead ignored them and pretended not to hear them. Next time I would engage more with my peers and listen to what they have to say. In reflection I feel I could have handeled myself better.

It was a fun day today. Theryin was acting funny and it was fun being outside for once. I haven&apos;t been outside in a while.

I think it would be a great time to have some fun with the grade 8&apos;s. We could make a plan and build teams. We could have fun working as a team.

Today was a fun day. We got to explore the place we will be staying in, and I cant wait to eat some food tonight. I really hope the food is good, boy im hungry. Anyway, overall today was a great combination of learning with fun. Look forward to spending time with peers tonight and tomorrow.

Today was an awesome day. I learned how to more effectively work as a group. I learned how to communicate in a more efficient way. And I learned more self control. I feel like this trip is a great way to get to know our peers.

Wow, the lake is betufiul, by far the most beutiful thing here. The reflection and the sun make Loon Lake look more majestically then ever.
